Day 1Cochin

Welcome to Kochi, arrival at Cochin Airport /Ernakulam railway station and proceed to the journey to pre-booked hotel in Kochi, check in. Kochi is a major port city, situated on the west coast of Peninsular India which is surrounded by the Arabian Sea on the west and Western Ghats on the east. After fresh up proceed to Cochin sightseeing. Cochin sightseeing includes: Jewish synagogue, St. Francis Church, Santa Cruz Basilica, Chinese Fishing nets, Dutch Cemetery, Dutch Palace, Fort Cochin beach and marine drive (optional motorboat cruise). Overnight stay.

Day 2Cochin - Munnar

After morning breakfast check out from hotel and proceed to Munnar. Munnar is a hill station, which was once the summer resort of the erstwhile British Government in South India. On the way you can also watch the lovely waterfalls in Cheeyappara and colorful flowers in Blossom Garden and spice garden .Smell the aroma of tea plantations in Munnar and spot the elusive Nilgiri Tahr at Eravikulam National Park, or Visit Tea Museum enroute visit Tea Estates. Munnar is situated at the confluence of three mountain streams Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundala and enjoy overnight stay at hotel.

 

Day 3Enjoy Munnar's Splendor’s

After breakfast, we proceed on a daylong sightseeing tour of Munnar. Visit the Eravikulam National Park – home to the endangered mountain goat species, the Nilgiri Tahr. Take snaps of the frolicsome and rather friendly goats. After that you can visit Mattupetty dam, Flower garden, Echo point,Tea plantations. Return back at hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

 

 

Eravikulam National Park will be closed from February to March every year for the two months due to the calving season of Nilgiri Tahr Overnight stay at Munnar.

Day 4Allepey

After breakfast check out from hotel and proceed to Alleppey. By 12.00 noon, embark on an exciting a/c houseboat day cruise through the back waters. Board the traditional houseboat at Alleppey and start the long and meandering ride through the unique backwaters of Kerala in a thatched roof houseboat. The houseboat is an improvisation of the large country barges, which were an essential part of the land’s ethos in days gone by. The kettuvalloms (houseboats) are comfortably furnished with an open lounge, one/two/three bath attached AC bedrooms and a kitchenette, and are extremely eco – friendly. Every houseboat is manned by a crew – cook, guide and oarsman. Winding through the vast expanse of the paddy fields and tiny hamlets and palm fringed narrow canals is an unforgettable experience. Evening checkout from the houseboat and check in to hotel. Overnight stay in hotel.

 

N.B. (Regarding the meal in Houseboat, is normally non veg. If there is need of veg meal, should inform before the tour commence)

Day 5Allepey

Morning after breakfast and will proceed for sightseeing. Alleppey is one of the major destinations of Kerala, which is known for its exotic backwaters. It is entitled as the “Venice of the East” and is visited by a large number of tourists every year. The major attractions of Alleppey include beaches, coir industry and marine products. Overnight stay.

Day 6Kovalam

Morning after breakfast check out from hotel and proceed to Kovalam– the renowned beach destination of Kerala. The rest of the day is free for you to explore the beach and bask in the glorious sun. Enjoy overnight stay at Kovalam hotel.

Day 7Kovalam – Trivandrum - Kovalam

Morning after breakfast proceed to Trivandrum sightseeing, which includes Sree Padmanabha Swamy Temple, Science & Technological Museum, Sree Cithara Art Gallery, and finally visit best Zoo in South Trivandrum. Back to Kovalam hotel, overnight stay.

Day 8Trivandrum Drop

After breakfast check out from hotel and proceed to Trivandrum airport/railway station drop on time.
