• Items of personal nature like, porter age, tips, laundry  
• Any expenses arising out of unforeseen circumstances like Flight delay, Cancellation, Hike in Fare, Strike or any other natural calamities or any emergency evacuation expenses. 
• Anything not mentioned in the inclusions. 

Notes :

1. The Company is Responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest. All other services which are not paid by the guest to the Company are suggested services and the company is nowhere bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same. 
2. If due to reasons beyond our control like riots, flood, accidents or any other natural or manmade calamities, the program of the tour has to be changed or extended, the additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the passengers.
3. As if any passengers have to leave the tour mid-way, due to any reasons like death of a relative, or illness or any other reasons, there shall be no refund for the remaining portion of the tour.
4. Sonamarg: After Sonamarg, there is a Point called Zero point away from Sonamarg, Thajiwas Glacier and activities like Fish Point (Underwater Balloon Ride). There is only a Union Cab, Charges for Union Cab: 6000/-to 8000/- (Negotiable). 
5. Gulmarg: Gondola Ride is there (Rope Way). In Gondola, you will find Snow and other activities related to snow. Tickets Are fixed as per Govt. fare i.e. Rs. 800 for 1st phase & 950 for 2nd phase. In case of snow you have to take a chain jeep from Union Service: 3000 – 3500/= 
6. In case of road closure due to snow and slippery roads, our vehicle will not be allowed to ply as a precautionary measure. This is as per govt./administration orders. Only snow jeeps/chained vehicles are allowed to ply. These vehicles can be hired on a direct payment basis or the same can be arranged by us at an additional cost. 
7. Pahalgam: Chandanwari, Aru Valley Betaab Valley is there, where only Union Taxi is allowed and the fare as per the vehicle rates starts from 2500 to 3000 (Depends on Points). BAISARAN is the best place to visit in Pahalgam though it is not a snow covered area but the place has its own natural beauty. Either you go by walking or by Horse Riding, or other activities are there. 

8. All rates are valid for Indian Nationals only.
9. Check-Out / Check-In time at all the properties would be at 1200 hrs (Noon) and 02:00 Pm respectively.
10. Vehicles will not be at disposal. If guests wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be applicable
11. Please note that AC will be switched off while travelling in hilly terrain.
12. Personal identification is mandatory to carry on a tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reasons like: Adhaar Card, Election card, Driving License, Passport.
13. Driver is NOT A GUIDE; he will take you to the sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of visit on your own. Itinerary is subject to change.
14. If the above hotels are not available similar category hotels are used as hotel rooms are subject to availability.
15. The above given prices are subject to change without prior notice.
16. The quotation is based on the Standard room of the individual hotel, however if unavailable then the upgrading cost to be borne by the guest.

2. River Rafting on Indus | Zanskar, Rs.3000 Per Person to Rs 4000 Per Person.
3. Motorbike hire for a full day, Rs. 1,800.00 Per Bike ( Without Fuel ) + FuelPedal down the highest motorable road on a cycle
4. Double hump Camel Ride at Nubra Valley at Sand Dunes: Rs.1500 to Rs.3000 (as per the duration)
5. Oxygen Cylinder (Medium size), Rs.1500 Per Day.
6. ATV Ride, Rs. 1500 to 3000 Per Person

Payment Policy :

You are requested to pay 30% an advance payment for 03 Star bookings and 50 % for 04 Star bookings and 100 % for 05 Star bookings to enabling us to confirm your FIT or GIT bookings within 24 Hours and rest payment on the date of arrival otherwise booking will be released without any further information from our end.

Child Policy :

1. 0 To 5 Years without Bed Complimentary.  
2. Child above 5 to 12 years is Chargeable as per Extra Bed.

Cancellation Policy :

• For 04 Star and 05 Star Hotels refer to their cancellation policy online from their website.
• No retention will be applicable if cancelled before 15 days of arrival date.
• 50% retention will be applicable if cancelled between 15 to 10 days of arrival.
• Full retention will be applicable if cancelled within 10 days of arrival.
• Any complaint is acceptable within the period of stay only.
