Day 1Arrive Rome

Welcome to Italy! On arrival at Rome Airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free or rediscover the Eternal City on the Illuminated Rome tour (optional).

Overnight stay in Rome.

Day 2Vienna - Salzburg

Post breakfast, explore Rome on a 24hr hop on hop off on tour. Explore the Eternal City at your own pace. See major sights such as the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Vatican City, Colosseum, Arch of Constantine, Palatine Hill, Piazza Venezia and lots more. You can extend your tour by adding optional visit to Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel.

Day 3Rome - Florence

Post breakfast, this morning travel by train to Florence, the birthplace of the renaissance. In the afternoon enjoy an optional excursion to Pisa, home of the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa. Enjoy a walking tour of Pisa, including the area surrounding the famous tower.

Day 4Florence - Venice

Post breakfast, morning enjoy a Hop On Hop Off Bus tour of Florence. Sit back and let your driver slowly take you along the winding country roads. See Piazalle Michaelangelo, Piazza del Duomo, Giotto’s Bell Tower, the Roman amphitheatre, to name just a few and of course the splendid paths and trails which lend themselves so well for trekking or strolling. Sunset is especially magical and quite romantic!
Later travel to the romantic city of Venice. The rest of the day is free. In the evening enjoy an optional Gondola Serenade tour. Ride on Gondolas with musicians and singers as you pass by canals of Venice.

Day 5 Venice

Post breakfast, morning you have time free for optional Walking tour of Venice. A pleasant walking tour through the most representative monuments of the unique city in the world! Later in the afternoon enjoy an excursion to Murano, Burano & Torcello Island. Visit the famous islands of Murano known worldwide for its exquisite glasswork, Burano for lace and Torcello for Venice’s first cathedral.

Day 6 Venice - Interlaken

Post breakfast, travel by train to Interlaken via Milan. On arrival in Interlaken station proceed to your hotel. You have time free to explore adventure activities in Interlaken or simply enjoy panoramic views.

Day 7 Interlaken

Post breakfast, Enjoy a full day mountain excursion to Jungfrau. Travel to the top by a cogwheel train arriving into the wonder world of glaciers. Visit the Ice Palace with its ice formations and experience breathtaking view of the Sphinx Observation Terrace.

Day 8 Interlaken - Lucerne

Post breakfast, this morning travel by train to Lucerne, embedded within mountains and beautiful lakeside setting. Explore Lucerne on your own Or take an optional Walking tour of Lucerne OR Dinner Cruise on Lake Lucerne OR simply explore the Swiss Transport museum at a nominal charge for Swiss Pass holders.

Day 9Lucerne

Post breakfast, this morning travel by train to Engelberg for a mountain excursion of Mt. Titlis which offers a complete family experience. Board your cable car to reach the summit of Titlis, enjoy gondola ‘Rotair’, ride the spectacular ‘Ice Flyer’ chairlift and see the ice grotto in the Titlis Glacier Park.

Day 10Lucerne - Depart Zurich

  • Travel Insurance Policy, Medical test and Premium cost of insurance valid for passengers above 70 years of age.
  • Porterage at hotels, apartment, airports and seaports, TIPS, laundry, wines, mineral water, telephone charges, all items of personal nature and also food and drinks not forming part of the holiday package.
  • Baggage handling fee charged by the operating airline for the excess check-in baggage.
  • Any increase in rate of foreign exchange leading to an increase in tour cost coming into effect prior to departure. However, the rate prevailing on the given day of payment will apply.
