Day 1Arrive Nairobi

Welcome to Nairobi! Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport Nairobi, You will be met by our representative after clearing with immigration formalities and transferred to your city hotel where you are briefed about your safari.

Overnight at Nairobi

Day 2Nairobi – Masai Mara

Breakfast at the hotel and later proceed to the world-famous Masai Mara Game Reserve via the Great Rift Valley. En route enjoy the beautiful scenery. Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch and check in at the lodge. In the afternoon, enjoy an enthralling game-viewing drive (1600-1800Hrs). Spotting lions, cheetahs and other spectacular predators is the highlight of your day. This evening, enjoy a sumptuous dinner at your lodge.

Overnight at Masai Mara (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 3Masai Mara

After breakfast, proceed on a full-day game-viewing drive with picnic Lunch (0700-1530Hrs) to search for the myriad species of game that make this reserve their home. If you are lucky, you can witness the kill in action, moment by moment, right in front of your unbelieving eyes! You can expect to see the famous ‘Big 5’. In the evening, enjoy a delicious dinner at your Lodge.

Overnight at Masai Mara (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 4Masai Mara - Lake Naivasha /Elementaita

After breakfast drive to Lake Naivasha/Elementaita where you will arrive in time for lunch. Afternoon at leisure. In the evening, enjoy a delicious dinner at your Lodge.

Overnight at Lake Naivasha / Elementaita (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner).

Day 5Depart

After breakfast, drive to Nairobi where you will be transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your departure flight back home.(Breakfast)

Inclusions :

  • 01 Night accommodation with breakfast in Lake Naivasha.
  • 02 Nights’ accommodation with breakfast in Masai Mara.
  • 01 Night accommodation with breakfast in Nairobi.
  • Meals as per itinerary.
  • Game viewing drives in Masai Mara as per the itinerary.
  • Return airport transfers on private basis (Non A/C Vehicle).
  • Private transfer in a Customized Safari 4WD Land Cruiser (Non A/C Vehicle) with pop-up roof for easy game viewing & photography.

Exclusions :

  • Any increase in the airfare / taxes / routing charged by the airlines for tickets.
  • Airline and hotel surcharges (if applicable) during high / festive season / trade fairs to be paid extra per person.
  • Cost of extension, upgradation, validity, date change or deviation of your air-ticket
  • Travel Insurance Policy, Medical test and Premium cost of insurance valid for passengers above 70 years of age.
  • Porterage at hotels, apartment, airports and seaports, TIPS, laundry, wines, mineral water, telephone charges, all items of personal nature and also food and drinks not forming part of the holiday package.
  • Baggage handling fee charged by the operating airline for the excess check-in baggage.
  • Any increase in rate of foreign exchange leading to an increase in tour cost coming into effect prior to departure. However, the rate prevailing on the given day of payment will apply.
  • Goods and Services Tax of 5% or any applicable taxes as per the Government notification. 
  • Anything not specifically mentioned under inclusions.
  • Optional and add-on tours.

Notes:

  • At this point of time no services are confirmed and the same is subject to availability.
  • Maximum 3 persons (2 adult + 1 child or 3 adults) are allowed per room.
  • To proceed with the booking, one needs to pay a Non-Refundable Booking Deposit (25% Of the Tour Cost) per person, which will be adjusted towards the cost of the tour.
