Inclusions :

Exclusions :

• Any increase in the airfare / taxes / routing charged by the airlines for tickets.
• Airline and hotel surcharges (if applicable) during high / festive season / trade fairs to be paid extra per person.
• Cost of extension, upgradation, validity, date change or deviation of your air-ticket
• Travel Insurance Policy, Medical test and Premium cost of insurance valid for passengers above 70 years of age.
• Porterage at hotels, apartment, airports and seaports, TIPS, laundry, wines, mineral water, telephone charges, all items of personal nature and also food and drinks not forming part of the holiday package.
• Baggage handling fee charged by the operating airline for the excess check-in baggage.
• Any increase in rate of foreign exchange leading to an increase in tour cost coming into effect prior to departure. However, the rate prevailing on the given day of payment will apply.
• Goods and Services Tax of 5% or any applicable taxes as per the Government notification. 
• Anything not specifically mentioned under inclusions.
• Optional and add-on tours.
• Mandatory Tips.  ($12 per person) to be given to the tour Director. This cannot be PRE-PAID.   (Only for US fix departure)

• The above price is based on minimum 2 adults travelling together
• The above price is not valid for travel during trade fair period and special events
• At this point of time no services are confirmed and the same is subject to availability
• Maximum 3 persons (adult / child) are allowed per room
• To proceed with the booking you need to pay Non-Refundable Booking deposit of 20% of the Land Component per person which will be adjusted towards the cost of the tour.
• Should the period of travel, or the number of participants, or the type of accommodation, or the type of transport or the duration of the trip, change, the quote will be revised accordingly
• City tax / Resort fees needs to be paid locally at the hotel.
• Seat-in-coach sightseeing do not necessarily offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off from hotels. However, most of the downtown hotels has complementary pick-up.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Train station transfers are not included in the package.
• Toronto city tour operates
  • 01^st April 2021 – 30^th April 2021 & 01^st June 2021 to 31^st August 2021 daily.
  • For rest of the season, it will be substituted by HOP-ON-HOP-OFF city tour of Toronto.
• Seat-in-Coach sightseeing do not necessarily offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off from hotels. However, most of the downtown hotels has complementary pick-up.
• Limited departures for seat-in-coach transfer from Toronto downtown to Niagara Falls downtown: 0800 hours, 1000 hours and 1230 hours.
