Exclusions :

• Any increase in the airfare / taxes / routing charged by the airlines for tickets.
• Airline and hotel surcharges (if applicable) during high / festive season / trade fairs to be paid extra per person.
• Cost of extension, upgradation, validity, date change or deviation of your air-ticket
• Travel Insurance Policy, Medical test and Premium cost of insurance valid for passengers above 70 years of age.
• Porterage at hotels, apartment, airports and seaports, TIPS, laundry, wines, mineral water, telephone charges, all items of personal nature and also food and drinks not forming part of the holiday package.
• Baggage handling fee charged by the operating airline for the excess check-in baggage.
• Any increase in rate of foreign exchange leading to an increase in tour cost coming into effect prior to departure. However, the rate prevailing on the given day of payment will apply.
• Goods and Services Tax of 5% or any applicable taxes as per the Government notification. 
• Anything not specifically mentioned under inclusions.
• Optional and add-on tours.

• There is an extra cost payable for a single person on the afternoon taste of Invercargill & south Catlin’s tour – this cost will be added to all single person bookings & refunded after travel if more than 1 person travels on this tour – NZD283.00 Nett.
• Package rates may not be applicable over special events and during Public Holidays – rates are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
• The rates quoted include a charge for our services of facilitating and arranging (“Facilitation Services”) the tour for you and the provision of information about aspects of the tour.
• All travel to be completed within date periods specified above.
• Twin rooms may not be available at all properties. If a twin room is required extra costs may apply.
• Triple room rates are available on application.
• Child rates are available on application.
