• Any increase in the airfare / taxes / routing charged by the airlines for tickets.
• Airline and hotel surcharges (if applicable) during high / festive season / trade fairs to be paid extra per person.
• Cost of extension, upgradation, validity, date change or deviation of your air-ticket
• Travel Insurance Policy, Medical test and Premium cost of insurance valid for passengers above 70 years of age.
• Porterage at hotels, apartment, airports and seaports, TIPS, laundry, wines, mineral water, telephone charges, all items of personal nature and also food and drinks not forming part of the holiday package.
• Baggage handling fee charged by the operating airline for the excess check-in baggage.
• Any increase in rate of foreign exchange leading to an increase in tour cost coming into effect prior to departure. However, the rate prevailing on the given day of payment will apply.
• Goods and Services Tax of 5% or any applicable taxes as per the Government notification. 
• Anything not specifically mentioned under inclusions.
• Optional and add-on tours.

• The above price is not valid for travel during trade fair period, special events, Chinese New Year period, Christmas & New Year Period etc.  
• At this point of time no services are confirmed and the same is subject to availability
• Maximum 3 persons (adult / child) are allowed per room
• To proceed with the booking you need to pay Non-Refundable Booking deposit of 25% of the Land Component per person which will be adjusted towards the cost of the tour.
• Should the period of travel, or the number of participants, or the type of accommodation, or the type of transport or the duration of the trip, change, the quote will be revised accordingly
• City tax / Resort fees needs to be paid locally at the hotel.

• No refund for un-used tours, rooms, meals, and transfer service.
• Compulsory Shopping stops: Jade factory (Beijing), Crockery Factory (Xian), Silk factory (Shanghai).
• Shopping Policy (For regular groups with shopping stops):
• The shops are cutural tour getting to know about the local art. We would appreciate that all guests must spend at least 40mins
• in the shop, otherwise the quotation will be increased. All tour managers have responsibility to coordinate with optional program and shopping. All Travel Agents should inform the group members about the shopping policy clearly before they come to China.”
